The Hi Seoul Festival was a week long festival held in three different locations that had performance almost all day long, everyday. Since I work during the weekdays, we only made it out on the last night for one of the closing performances. It was creepy, to say the least. It felt like Halloween night came three weeks early. We did, however, stumble into meeting Seoul's Mayor, catching some live drumming, and a free dance party to end the night. I wasn't sure what to expect on my way there, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
Creepin' on Seoul's Mayor.
Jeremy spotted him in the crowd and shook his hand!
